Hello and welcome! My name is Linda Alfino and I’m a certified instructor of Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. I have a background in group fitness, personal training, ballet, and martial arts. I’ve been teaching fitness for over three decades to people of all ages and abilities. I’m also a mom of two, a wife, a dog lover, a golfer, a foodie, and a fan of wine and puns.

I created Tough Love Fitness Club as a way to keep the fitness community alive and thriving during the Covid-19 pandemic. My in person and online program is based on Pilates, Barre and Yoga principles and is tailored for men and women over 40. As someone who is over 50 myself, I know how important it is to do low impact, strength and resistance exercises that keep us healthy and happy. My program is designed to be done every day and for the rest of your life. It will help you to:

Gabrielle Brown
Gabrielle Brown
Substitute Pilates Teacher
Gabrielle Brown, a native of South Carolina, is a senior at the University of Oklahoma where she is working toward a dual degree in Ballet Performance and Professional Writing in the Honors College. She dances with Oklahoma Festival Ballet, the university’s on-campus ballet company, and she dances professionally with Oklahoma City Ballet II. She has also most recently guested with the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet last December in the company’s performances of The Nutcracker. Gabrielle has studied Pilates for several years and is pursuing her certification. She will graduate from the University of Oklahoma in May of 2024, and upon graduation, she plans to continue her professional dance career and teach Pilates.

Social Media Manager - Teacher Assistant - Substitute Yoga + Pilates Teacher
Sarah Alfino is a professional dancer based in Southern California. She has danced with Los Angeles Ballet and is currently employed with Hollywood Ballet. Sarah began her pre professional training at California School of the Arts where she learned pedagogy for teaching styles such as yoga, pilates, ballet, jazz, and tap dance. She currently attends Citrus College and is pursuing her Dental Hygienist Certification.
