About Me & Tough Love
This should answer some questions you might be having.

I help women feel strong, grounded, and supported through every season of life. My approach blends intentional movement, behavior‑change coaching, and holistic education so you can build a body and lifestyle that truly supports you.
I’ve taught Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and strength training for over three decades. Tough Love Fitness brings all of that experience together in a program designed for midlife bodies that deserve care, challenge, and consistency.
I’m also a mom of two, a wife, a dog lover, a golfer, a foodie, and a fan of wine and puns. I don’t yell or scold — I coach, encourage, and help you work hard in ways that feel good.
I launched Tough Love Fitness during the pandemic to keep our fitness community alive and thriving. As someone well over 50, I know how important it is to train in ways that support longevity, joint health, and metabolic resilience.
My classes are low‑impact, strength‑focused, and designed to help you:
Reduce pain
Build strength
Improve mobility
Support hormonal and metabolic health
Increase energy and confidence
If you’re over high‑impact workouts that leave you feeling wrecked, you’re in the right place.
